What is your shipping policy?
Once an order has been processed, we securely ship each product with insured overnight shipping
We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Please note that Neil Lane Couture does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Order Confirmation by email.
How long does my order take to process?
After placing an order online or over the phone, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. We then reserve the right to conduct security and anti-fraud checks for up to 5 days before beginning to fulfill your order.
What is your return policy?
Returnable items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Neil Lane Couture jewelry must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. Neil Lane Couture will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of the return. Final Sale items may not be returned.
What is the return process?
If an item needs to be returned and falls within the 14 day timeline, please contact Neil Lane Couture at the following address: email@example.com. A return authorization number will be issued that would need to be put on the package being returned. All packages without an RA# will be denied. Returns will be sent to the following address:
