Centering upon a foil backed oval shaped rose-cut diamond, hand-cut in the mid to late 19th century, measuring approximately 9.75 x 8.50 mm, mounted in silver, the reverse a yellow gold fluted design, set to an 18k yellow gold hand carved and chased shank, bearing Swedish maker’s marks and hallmarks, circa 1860-1880.
